Topoclimatic Graph Dataset for Frost Prediction in the Cundiboyacense Altiplano, Colombia

This deposit contains the public release of a topoclimatic graph dataset for frost prediction in the Colombian Altiplano. The dataset includes cleaned 30 min meteorological time series from 23 agricultural weather stations, frost-related labels, static environmental node descriptors derived from topography, climatological context, land-cover composition, and 1 km buffer-based raster summaries, as well as graph-ready products, including pairwise similarity tables, edge lists, and weighted adjacency matrices. Exact station coordinates are excluded from the public release to preserve operational confidentiality.
