Interpretable machine learning of clinical MALDI-TOF mass spectrum discriminates carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae but reveals phylogenetic heterogeneity limits model generalizability

This repository contains MALDI-TOF MS spectra of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates from four tertiary hospitals in China. Processed data were generated using MALDIquant (R package v1.2.1), supporting the development of machine learning models for carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae (KPC and NDM type)and carbapenem-sensitive Klebsiella pneumoniae discrimination.
