Water column profiles of suspended particulate total carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus from the North Pacific Subtropical Gyre and broader Pacific Ocean, 2007–2023

Spanning over 15 years (2007–2023), this dataset contains water column profiles for suspended particulate total carbon (PC), nitrogen (PN), and phosphorus (PP). These observations were conducted by the Center for Microbial Oceanography: Research and Education (C-MORE) and the Simons Collaboration on Ocean Processes and Ecology (SCOPE) with a primary focus on the North Pacific Subtropical Gyre (NPSG) as well as the Equatorial and South Pacific. To ensure data consistency, all sample collection and analytical determinations follow established Hawaii Ocean Time-series (HOT) protocols.
