HRApop v1.0-pre3

This is a collection of 662 high-quality experimental datasets of Human Referecen Atlas Cell Type Population (HRApop) effort that fulfill four criteria: (1) they have an extraction site in one of 73 3D reference objects, (2) they have a cell summary via a cell type annotation (CTann) tool or a single-cell (sc-)proteomics workflow, (3) are from a data portal with quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) or have an associated peer-reviewed publication in a scientific journal, and (4) are from healthy donors that are at least 18 years old.
