We report ChIP-seq of PRC1 proteins and 4sU-seq, mRNA-seq, Capture-C and 4C-seq data using mouse embryonic stem cells sorted in different phases of the cell cycle. Overall design: ChIP-seq samples for Ring1b, Rybp, H2AK119ub1 and Cbx7 obtained from cell-cycle sorted FUCCI-mESCs (G1, S, G2 fractions). 4sU-seq data in cell cycle-sorted FUCCI-Ring1bfl/fl and FUCCI-Ring1b-/- mESCs. mRNA-seq data from cell cycle-sorted AID::Ring1b;FUCCI mESCs plated in differentiation media with IAA or without IAA during 6h. Capture-C data from G1 and G2 cell cycle-sorted FUCCI-Ring1bfl/fl and FUCCI-Ring1b-/- mESCs. 4C-seq data from G1 and G2 cell cycle-sorted FUCCI-Ring1bfl/fl and FUCCI-Ring1b-/- mESCs.
