RNA sequencing of MM.1S and U266 cell lines after IT848 treatment

IT848 is a small molecule inhibiting DNA binding of all five NF-kB subunits. In vitro treatment of lymphoma or multiple myeloma cells with IT848 suppresses NF-kB transcriptional activity, cell growth, and indices apoptosis. Overall design: Multiple myeloma cell lines MM.1S and U266 were treated with the NF-kB inhibitor IT848 versus empty vehicle for 6 hours, followed by RNA extraction and whole exome sequencing to identify alterations in transcriptional signatures.
