Comparison of microRNA expression after AF-Ablation with Cryo balloon vs. Pulsed field ablation

Human citrate Plasma was collected from the left atrial appendage directly after catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation with either teh Boston Scientific Cryo-Balloon System or the Boston Scientific Pulsed Field Ablation System. A total of 154 microRNAs (miRs) were consistently detected across all samples. While some variability in miR expression levels was observed, no statistically significant differences were found after adjusting for multiple comparisons.
