This repository contains data, analysis, and figure scripts to create findings from the manuscript "Soil organic carbon sequestration fully mediated by microbes after compost application" currently under submission. Upon acceptance, the journal name will be reflected here. Raw data files provided here as .zip. All code (and raw data) available in linked GitHub. To recreate analyses download all files into a new directory. R files can be opened in RStudio.
