ETS1 occupancy of redundant promoters and specific enhancers is associated with distinct sequences.

b The number of occurrences of each octamer in equally-sized data sets of ETS1 bound, redundant, proximal regions and ETS1 bound, specific, distal regions were counted. Enrichment was determined by dividing this number by the expected number of occurrences of an octamer in random sequence space of the same size and rounding to the nearest integer.
