Expression data from healthy subjects and patients with M. africanum or M. tuberculosis infection

A blood transcriptome analysis was performed on a set of healthy subjects and patients infected with M. africanum (MAF) or M. tuberculosis (MTB). All study participants were recruited from Mali. Blood samples were collected from healthy subjects during enrollment and patients at the time of TB diagnosis. RNA was extracted and hybridized on Affymetric micrarrays.
