Hippo pathway-mediated YAP1/TAZ inhibition is essential for proper pancreatic endocrine specification and differentiation

In order to investigate the effect of Hippo pathway in pancreatic endorince specification and differentiaion, single nucleus RNA seq was performed using mouse pancreatic tissues with Lats1&2 deletion in NGN3+ cells (NL mice). Wild type mice pancreatic tissues were also subject to same analysis as a control. Overall design: Single nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) analysis was performed using E17.5 pancreata from 1 control and 2 NL mice.
