HYDROUS PULP-BASED RAW MATERIAL PROCESSING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrous pulp-based raw material processing apparatus in which on rotation of agitation blades in a rotation drum and recovery of an effective fiber content from a deinking treatment of a pulp supplied thereto and a paper industry sewage， a wire net as a lining of the rotation drum is prevented from clogging. SOLUTION: A rotation drum 4 is composed of a punching metal， and its punch hole 4a is made as a taper shape enlarging from its inside toward its outside in its circular cross section， and an aperture size of an inner edge is set to be 0.1-0.6 mm. EFFECT: As the rotation drum rotates， when a pulp sediment reaches a counter part of a shower nozzle of water injection means， it is beaten by a high pressure water injected from the shower nozzle. As the punch hole is tapered， water can beat the inner edge of the punch hole easily， and "beat effect" works effectively. Therefor， pulp P can be taken away from the punch hole before being accumulated to become a mat form. SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
