Leadership Gaps and Structural Inertia as Barriers to the Digital Transformation of Talent Management
收藏资源简介:
This deposit contains the anonymised data, derived outputs and analysis code for the study "Leadership gaps and structural inertia as barriers to the digital transformation of talent management" (Uslu, Gedikli and Yılmaz), submitted to Scientific Reports. The study combines a bibliometric mapping of 336 open-access Web of Science articles (2000-2025) with an author-led narrative synthesis of five recurrent barriers and a DEMATEL analysis of the judgements of five experts. The results describe expert-judged influence, not demonstrated causation. Contents: - data/: the five anonymised expert direct-relation matrices, the averaged matrix, an extract of the authors' Excel calculation sheet, barrier definitions, candidate themes, the retrospective reasoning for assigning themes to barriers, source verification, search counts, period indicators and keyword counts. - code/: Python scripts that reproduce the DEMATEL, agreement and sensitivity results and regenerate the figures. - outputs/: baseline matrices and scores, agreement statistics, threshold links, leave-one-expert-out, individual-expert and exact expert-bootstrap results, and every Monte-Carlo iteration. - figures/: the main and supplementary figures. - original_biblioshiny_exports/: keyword treemaps and co-occurrence networks exported during the original Biblioshiny session. The networks are non-regenerated artefacts, kept for traceability; no reported result depends on them. To reproduce the results, follow README.md. Tested with Python 3.12.10, NumPy 2.5.3, SciPy 1.18.1 and Matplotlib 3.11.2. Web of Science records are licensed by Clarivate and are not included. The query, refinements and access date are documented, so users with a subscription can re-run the search, although the retrieved set may differ. The complete Excel workbook is not included because it contains identifying working labels and unrelated material.
