Pol II tracking data for the TPL-treated case.

Two csv files 'localization_df.csv' and 'condensate_df.csv' for the triptolide (TPL) treated case. i) 'localization_df.csv' consists of the information about the single particle localizations of single molecule that appear in each 'frame' along with its 'x', 'y' coordinates. 'nucleus_id' is unique to 'nucleus' i.e each cell. 'cycle' represents the cycle in which the single molecule appear. 'dish_fov' is unique to each field of view during image acquisitions of the tracking data. ii) condensate_df.csv consists of the information of the x, y coordinates of the condensate that appear in a particular 'cycle'. The 'dish_fov' consists of the field of view number for the sample. 'nucleus_id' is unique for each cell 'nucleus'. 'cID_global' is the unique condensate ID number for each condensate.
