Effect of latent tuberculosis on individuals compared with healthy controls

Blood transcriptomes were analyzed in individuals with and without latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI) using the Clariom S RNA microarray assay (Affymetrix). Participants were recruited with and without diabetes and subsequently tested for latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI), resulting in four groups. Blood transcriptomes from all four groups were analyzed using the Clariom S RNA microarray assay (Affymetrix Inc.).
