Links to GenBank accession numbers for 18S rDNA from the ciliate, Euplotes nobilii, sequenced by the Sherr lab at OSU, Corvalis, OR in 2012

<p>Accession number for a partial 18S rDNA sequence for a ciliate isolated from waters off the Oregon Coast. The ciliate was identified as <i>Euplotes nobilii</i> and is maintained at the Provasoli-Guillard National Center for Culture of Marine Phytoplankton as <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https://ncma.bigelow.org/node/1/strain/CCMP3288\">strain CCMP-3288</a>. Additional sequences for dinoflagellate rhodopsin genes are expected to be added in 2012.</p>
