Candida species raw sequence reads

This study investigated the presence of antifungal resistance genes (ERG11, CDR1, CDR2, MDR1, FKS1, FKS2, PDR1, FCY1, FCY2, and FUR1) and virulence genes (ALS1, ALS3, HWP1, INT1, PLB1, PLB2, SAP1, Sap2, and SAP5) in 25 Candida isolates from people living with HIV with oropharyngeal candidiasis attending the AIDS support organization clinics in Uganda using whole-genome sequencing.
