As a part of the project looking into the role of WEE1 in regulating replication initiation, we report the replication timing analysis of the U2OS cells treated with WEE1 kinase inhibitor AZD1775 Overall design: U2OS cells were treated with DMSO or 500nM AZD1775 for 30 minutes before labelling of the ongoing replication with 10uM BrdU.
