This study surveyed 10,721 Chinese secondary vocational students, part of the Basic Education Enhancement Three-Year Action Plan Program aimed at improving educational standards through advanced pedagogical methods, better infrastructure, and enhanced teacher training. Conducted from March 15 to July 1, 2022, the study utilized a purposeful stratified random sampling method to ensure a representative sample across X city’s diverse vocational educational landscape. The questionnaire assessed students' perceptions of school service quality, views on vocational education, and satisfaction with learning outcomes.
