RNA-seq analysis of the gene expression profile regulated by Prdm14 in mouse ESCs

Purpose:The goals of this study is to analyze the gene expession pattern in mouse embryonic stem cells (ESCs) ovexpressed flag or mouse flag tagged Prdm14 Overall design: 46C mouse ESCs overexpressed flag or flag tagged gadd45g and cultured in serum-containing medium supplemented LIF were collected by using Trizol. These samples were sent to BGI (Shenzhen, China) company to do deep sequencing by using MGI2000.
