本数据为智能动力单元多源状态感知系统测试数据集,测试地点为浙江大学机械工程学院,感知采集设备采用自研多通道感知采集设备,测试了智能动力单元故障诊断和寿命预测系统样机的压力、温度、流量、油液质量、振动加速度等数据的感知性能,该数据集对应考核指标表的“6:动力单元智能诊断和寿命预测系统”之“6.1 状态检测与诊断模块”与“6.3 故障诊断覆盖率”,且为后续故障诊断研究提供了依据和指导。数据量45.48Mb。
This is a test dataset for the multi-source state perception system of intelligent power units. The test was carried out at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Zhejiang University. Self-developed multi-channel perception and acquisition equipment was employed for sensing and data collection. The sensing performance of multiple types of data including pressure, temperature, flow rate, oil quality, and vibration acceleration from the prototype of the intelligent power unit fault diagnosis and life prediction system was evaluated. This dataset corresponds to the "6.1 Condition Detection and Diagnosis Module" and "6.3 Fault Diagnosis Coverage Rate" under the entry "6: Intelligent Diagnosis and Life Prediction System for Power Units" in the assessment indicator table, and it provides a reliable basis and guidance for subsequent fault diagnosis research. The total size of the dataset is 45.48 Mb.
