In order to evaluate both aspects, the idea of comparing the apartments for sale nationwide. Whose data, will allow answer the following questions, among others:<br> - What is the average price per square meter in the cities?<br> - Does it vary from smaller locations?<br> - How is the price vs. surface area?<br> - Does the greater the number of rooms, the higher the price? The dataset is focused on Spanish market.
