Transcriptomic analysis of the changes induced by Salvianolic Acid B and Benzoylpaeoniflorin on ischemic stroke in rats

To explore the transcriptomic changes in brain tissue of stroke-affected rats and the mechanism underlying SAB-BP's cerebroprotective effects, a transcriptome analysis was performed on ischemic penumbral brain tissues from the sham, Model (MCAO), and SAB-BP groups.
