Data set on 3rd generation spiny chromis transgenerational plasticity experiment. This data includes measures on metabolic rate and on physical morphology measurements. Units of measure are provided within the dataset headings.
The experimental design includes two temperature treatments a current day control (+0C) and an elevated temperature treatment of +1.5C. Over 3 generations a combination of temperature treatments were applied in 3 exposure times: 1) grandparet to parental developmental temperature, 2) parent reproductive temperature, 3) developmental temperautre of the F3 generation.
