Comparison of gene expression profiles among caste differentiations in the Japanese subterranean termite Reticulitermes speratus

This project aims to understand comprehensive gene expression profiles during caste differentiations (1) from worker to worker (stationary molt), (2) from worker to presoldier, and (3) from nymph to nymphoid.
