Sealed prediction file (plaintext) for Improved primordial abundances. Embargoed until 2030-12-01, on which date the file is automatically released by Zenodo. Predicts standard BBN; no S-field interference at z > 10^8 Cross-references the encrypted (AES-256) version with public SHA-256 hash on the master record.
