We performed HA RIP-seq in cerebral cortexes of WT and Prrc2b-HA knockin mice at P4 to further analyze genes that Prrc2b selectively binds. Overall design: In view of poor antibodies of Prrc2b for immunoprecipitation, we generated C-terminal HA-tag Prrc2b knock-in mice.mRNAs were isolated from cerebral cortex of WT and Prrc2b-HA knock-in mice by HA-RIP and subjected to sequencing.
