Overlapping DEGs for cognition between hippocampal transcriptomic profiles of S1-injected rats and severe COVID-19 patients.

The table lists genes differentially expressed in both the hippocampus of S1-injected rats and the brains of severe COVID-19 patients (GSE188847). The direction of regulation is presented according to the S1-injected rat dataset. These overlapping DEGs are associated with cognition-related pathways (GO:0050890). (XLSX)
