Utilizing scanning tunneling spectroscopic imaging, we demonstrate Anderson localization of Bogoliubov-de Gennes quasiparticles at the Fermi-level of a gapless superconductor Sr<sub>2</sub>VO<sub>3-x</sub>FeAs. The Anderson localization of quasiparticles has been predicted theoretically as one crucial mechanism to understand the disordered superconductivity but no experiment so far can access it. We further found that Anderson localization can be controlled by applying magnetic field and Anderson localized quasiparticles lead to unusual superconductivity, the puddled superconductivity with a disordered Josephson vortex network. Our findings, thus, not only make a notable breakthrough in understanding disordered superconductors but also open an avenue for exploring and manipulating complex quantum phenomena where superconductivity, disorder, and magnetic degrees of freedom are intricately intertwined.
