Share of clinical doctors using virtual reality in Europe 2020

In 2020, the use of virtual reality among doctors was very limited in Europe. According to this survey, only five percent of the responding European clinicians used virtual reality. However, the implementation of virtual reality in the United Kingdom was slightly higher than the European average. In 2020, seven percent of responding doctors in the UK used virtual reality in their practice. On the other hand, no surveyed clinicians in Portugal declared to use this technology in their care delivery.
