RNA-immunoprecipitation Seq of RPL5 associated RNA

Using antibody against Ribosomal protein L5 (RPL5), we immunoprecipitated (IPed) the associated RNAs from the nucleus of PSTVd-infected Nicotiana benthamiana leaves. The RNA from input and IPed fraction was used for constructing RNA-Seq libraries.
