Cycle diagram 2035 - hard points - Mobility plan - MEL - 2023-2035
收藏资源简介:
Action No. 35 of the Mobility Plan of the European Metropolis of Lille presents the metropolitan cycling scheme by 2035. The data proposed here describes and locates the hard crossing points, i.e. the **crossing places of a major urban cut-off (elevation lane; canal, etc.) which are currently not suitable** for the circulation of cycles, particularly in terms of safety, and the processing of which requires the refurbishment or completion of a work of art. ### Detail Entities with INSEE code "0000" are located outside the MEL perimeter. ## Associated data to consult: *Cycling plan 2035 - links - Mobility plan - MEL - 2023-2035* The Metropolitan Cycling Master Plan 2035 is based on the Metropolitan Cycling 2020 Master Plan. He proposes a reinforced vision. It is the result of a place-based reflection whose objective is to offer an attractive cycling network. Because it occasionally puts the cyclist in uncomfortable or even dangerous situations, the hard crossing points strongly harm the general attractiveness of the network. ### The Metropolitan Cyclable Master Plan The metropolitan cycling master plan 2035 is based first and foremost on a comprehensive diagnosis that has made it possible to highlight new challenges in the territory, particularly with regard to the projected developments and behavioural changes at work. This new master plan is also, and above all, the result of consultation with the municipalities of the European Metropolis of Lille and active technical cooperation with the association Droit au Bicycle. The European Metropolis of Lille will treat a certain number of hard crossing points according to the logic of the continuity of the routes to concretize the cycle links included in the scheme.
