The aim of this work was to evaluate modifications of transriptomal landscape of tumors after treatment with anti-GARP:TGFb mAb combined or not with anti-PD1 mAb. Five mice per treatment group, for a total of 40 mice, were sub-cutaneoulsy injected with 1e+6 CT26 tumor cells and subsequantly treated with mAbs or combinaitions of mAbs at days 6, 9 and 12 after tumor implentation. On day 13, tumors were collected and pieces were isolated for RNA extration and RT. Sequencing was performed on Illumina Hiseq200 plateform with the following requirement : read length : 100pb / number of reads per sample : 30M / paired-ends
