Blood and tissue correlates of steroid non-response in checkpoint inhibition-induced immune-related adverse events

This upload is related to the manuscript "Blood and tissue correlates of steroid non-response in checkpoint inhibition-induced immune-related adverse events". The file "spectral_flow_subset_cluster_results.csv" contains a random subset of the entire spectral flow cytometric PBMC dataset generated in patients with irAEs before and after treatment with corticosteroids. This subset of data was used for visualization of unsupervised clustering results and for generation of expression heatmaps used to annotate cell clusters (related to Fig. 2). The file "integrated_scRNAseq_data.rds" contains integrated CD3+ T cell scRNA-seq data from three published datasets (GEO: GSE206301, GSE189040 and GSE144469), which have been reanalyzed in the currrent study (related to Fig. 4).
