Identification of HIF-1 signaling pathway in Pelteobagrus vachelli using RNA-Seq: effects of acute hypoxia and reoxygenation on oxygen sensings, respiratory metabolism and hematology indices

we used next-generation sequencing technology to characterise mRNA-seq from five mixed tissues (heart, liver, brain, spleen and kidney) to generate a large amount of P. vachelli transcriptomic reads from multiple tissues.
