Data for: Annotation resource for seven Botrytis cinerea isolates from greenhouses in Michigan

Fungal plant pathogen Botrytis cinerea affects a variety of important agricultural systems, including greenhouse production. Seven isolates of B. cinerea were whole-genome sequenced to provide an additional resource providing insight regarding host specificity, fungicide resistance, and geographic relatedness in pathogen populations.
