Transcriptomic analysis reveals dynamic host-pathogen interactions and potential antiviral targets during infectious myonecrosis virus infection in Litopenaeus vannamei

In this study we have investigated the molecular mechanisms of IMNV-shrimp interaction and identified potential antiviral key genes to provide a theoretical reference for developing new control technologies. Transcriptome sequencing of control and infected shrimp groups at 30 (early), 60 (mid), and 90 days (late) post-infection identified 695, 2411, and 401 differentially expressed genes (DEGs), respectively.
