TCR beta repertories of peanut allergic individuals

Approximately 60 individuals underwent oral immunotherapy (OIT) for peanut allergy for 2 years, with blood samples taken before the start of OIT (d0/BL samples), at week 52, and at week 104. At the end of the OIT, they were divided into 2 groups: one group continued to receive 300 mg of peanut and another group didn't receive any antigen for 14 weeks. Again, total PBMC samples were collected at that point (week 117). RNA was extracted and TCR beta repertoires were generated using an in-house pipeline. The data was then sequenced using next generation sequencing.
