Individual data set from the Federal Monitoring Plan (BÜp) – reporting year 2021

The Federal Surveillance Plan (BÜp) is a one-year plan for the implementation of official controls agreed between the Länder to verify compliance with food, wine and tobacco legislation. The legal basis is the General Administrative Regulation Framework Surveillance (AVV Rüb) The selection of the samples to be examined and the farms to be controlled is carried out on a risk-based basis, i.e. on the basis of a risk analysis. Within the framework of the BÜp, food, cosmetics and consumer goods can be examined. The investigations may cover, for example, the following aspects: chemical parameters, microbiological parameters, the application of certain procedures or the verification of labelling elements.
