Increase in Marine Vibrios linked to sea surface warming

The objective of this study is to assess a possible linkage between the occurrence of marine vibrios and sea surface temperature, over the past 50 years, by applying molecular and pyrosequencing analysis to the microbial community on formalin-fixed samples from the Continuous Plankton Recorder (CPR)archive
