To investigate the role of catalytic subunit of the Integrator complex, INTS11, during the transcription cycle, we established U2OS cell line in which INTS11 has been knock down by siRNA. Overall design: We performed DRB/TT-seq on siCtrl- and siINTS11-transfected cells at different timepoints (10, 20 and 30 min) after DRB release in duplicates.
