Simulated Noisy Volumetric Two-Photon Calcium Imaging Data for SDT-4D
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains simulated photon-limited volumetric two-photon calcium imaging data used for the development and quantitative evaluation of SDT-4D. The underlying four-dimensional calcium imaging data were generated using a modified Neural Anatomy and Optical Microscopy (NAOMi)-based simulation framework, and mixed Poisson–Gaussian noise was added to generate noisy observations at different signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) levels. The dataset is paired with the corresponding noise-free ground-truth dataset deposited separately on Zenodo. These data were used for quantitative evaluation of denoising performance, comparison with baseline methods, architecture and training ablation studies, and uncertainty quantification experiments reported in the associated manuscript, “Four-dimensional self-supervised denoising enables high-sensitivity volumetric imaging of biological dynamics.”
