RNA-seq of block fusion-integrated cell lines and controls

In this study, we created human-derived deimmunized zinc finger arrays targeting non-genomic DNA sequences, denoted ZNF35/ZNF250, ZNF35/ZNF35, and ZNF35/IKZF1, with the intention of using them to control the expression of transgenes. To assess what genomic off-target effects transcription factors including these DNA-binding domains had, we integrated them into T-Rex FLP-IN HEK-293 cells and measured the transcriptome of the integrated cell lines compared to ones integrated with GFP controls.
