Our research indicated that inhibition of DHODH activates pyroptosis and cGAS-STING pathways to enhance NK cell infiltration. And the tumor-infiltrating NK cells facilitate melanoma cells pyroptosis which providing a positive feedback mechanism for DHODH-mediated anti-tumor immunity.
