高温环境下不同应力状态缺口件拉伸实验数据
为构建适用于高温条件(600℃、800℃)的结构损伤演变预测模型,需建立应力状态与断裂应变之间的关联关系。为此,本研究通过开展不同应力状态下的缺口试件拉伸实验,获取关键实验数据,作为建立该关联关系的基础支撑。实验中采用具有不同几何特征的缺口拉剪试件,其缺口区域可反映材料在多轴应力状态下的力学响应特性,包括应力集中程度和应力三轴度的差异。实验在高温环境下进行,采用视频引伸计全程记录试件25mm标距段
