A mouse model of chronic hepatitis B-related liver fibrosis (CHB-LF) established by repeated injecting porcine serum (PS) to BALB/c mice pretreated with pAAV-HBV1.2 plasmids.To further describe the transcriptional characterize of the HBV mouse model(HBV+PS),we performd RNA-seq sequencing together with PBS(normal conrol) mice and HBV (only recieving pAAV-HBV1.2 plasmids) mice
