Experimental electrochemical data supporting an AuNP@8-MOA immunosensor for passive AFB1 screening

This dataset contains the original electrochemical measurements and processed data supporting the study “AuNP@8-MOA-Based Electrochemical Immunosensor for Passive Screening of Airborne Aflatoxin B1-Associated Contamination”. The files include cyclic voltammetry measurements, AFB1 calibration experiments, electrode characterization, control assays and passive exposure experiments conducted using fungal culture environments at the Real Jardín Botánico-CSIC. The dataset is organized into eight directories containing original instrumental files (.mxv), exported measurements (.xlsx) and data treatment files. A README file provides details of the directory structure and experimental records.
