I provide data on the nectar volume and sugar concentrations (in sucrose equivalents) of the nectar of the early-spring shrub Pin Cherry (Prunus pensylvanica). 4 datasets illustrate the importance of quick processing following removal of the flowers from the tree. Both SYSTAT and Excel versions of the raw data are available.
