Data set on the GC-MS profile of Selaginella bryopteris from India

The present data set gives the analysis for Gas chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) of the methanolic (M) and acetone (A) extracted fractions of Selaginella bryopteris whole plant obtained from three different locations in India namely the states of Karnataka (UKA and UKM), Maharashtra (UMA and UMM) and Tamil Nadu (UTA and UTM).
