Effect of gemcitabine in NOD-SCID mice with transplanted 634NOD cells.

Rat pancreas cancer cells (634NOD cells) were implanted subcutaneously into the flank of NOD-SCID mice. After 1 week the mice were administered gemcitabine (0 or 200 mg/kg, i.p.) four times within nine days by intraperitoneal injection.
